2.1 Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Shaiglo Inc. governing your use of shaiglobeautycare.com and the purchase of our products. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

2.5 Pricing & Payments
Prices:
- All prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated
- Prices do not include applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout
- Shipping costs are additional and calculated based on destination and order weight
- Prices are subject to change without notice; orders are charged at the price displayed at time of purchase
Payment Processing:
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe
- Payment must be received and authorized before order shipment
- We accept major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other Stripe-supported methods
- We do not store your complete payment card information
Failed Payments: If payment authorization fails, your order will not be processed. You will be notified and may attempt payment with an alternative method.
Fraud Prevention: We use fraud detection tools to protect our business and customers. Orders flagged as potentially fraudulent may be delayed, cancelled, or require additional verification.
2.6 Orders & Order Confirmation
Placing an Order: When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products subject to these Terms.
Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order is successfully placed. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order—acceptance occurs when we ship your order and send a shipping confirmation.
Order Modifications: Contact us immediately at info@shaiglo.ca if you need to modify or cancel an order. We cannot guarantee modifications once an order enters processing.
2.7 Wholesale Orders
Wholesale purchasing requires a separate wholesale agreement with different terms, pricing, and minimum order quantities (MOQs). Retail customers may not resell Shaiglo products without authorization.

2.8 Intellectual Property
Trademarks: “Shaiglo,” our logo, and product names are trademarks of Shaiglo Inc. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

2.9 Product Safety & Proper Use
Intended Use: Our products are formulated for external cosmetic use only. Follow all instructions and warnings on product packaging.

Discontinue Use: If irritation, redness, or adverse reactions occur, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional if necessary.
2.10 Limitation of Liability
To the Maximum Extent Permitted by Law:
Shaiglo Inc., its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:
