5.1 Payment Methods Accepted

All payments on shaiglobeautycare.com are securely processed through Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor.

5.3 When Payment is Charged

Authorization Hold: When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount (including products, taxes, and shipping).

Charge Processing: Your payment is charged when your order is prepared for shipment, typically within 1-3 business days of order placement.

Pre-Orders: For pre-order items, payment is collected at the time of order placement, not at the time of shipment.

5.4 Payment Verification

To protect against fraud, we may:

  • Require additional verification for large orders

Orders may be cancelled if verification is not completed within 48 hours.

Chargeback Consequences: If you file a chargeback:

  • We will provide evidence to the payment processor
  • Your account may be suspended pending investigation
  • Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination and referral to authorities
