3.1 Shipping Regions
Shaiglo Inc. currently ships to:

All provinces and territories in Canada

All states in the United States
We do not currently offer international shipping outside North America. If you attempt to ship to an unsupported region, your order will be cancelled and refunded.
3.2 Order Processing Times
Standard Processing: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays) from order confirmation.
Extended Processing: During peak seasons (holidays, promotional events, new product launches), processing may take 3–5 business days. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.

Order Cut-Off: Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST are processed the next business day.

Primary Carrier: All orders are shipped via UPS (United Parcel Service).

3.4 Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery timelines begin after the order has shipped, not on the date the order is placed.
Canada:

3.5 Shipping Costs & Free Shipping
Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

Free Shipping Policy

Orders with a subtotal of CAD $100 or more qualify for free shipping

Free shipping is provided via UPS Standard only

Free shipping applies automatically at checkout when eligibility requirements are met
Important Notes on Free Shipping:

Customers may choose faster UPS services (Expedited, Express Saver, or Express) at an additional cost

Free shipping cannot be combined with expedited or express delivery methods

The shipping method for free shipping orders cannot be changed after the order is placed
3.6 Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive:

A shipping confirmation email

Your UPS tracking number

A link to track your shipment
Tracking details may take 24–48 hours to become active in the UPS system.
3.7 Delivery & Signature Requirements
Standard Delivery: Most shipments do not require a signature and may be left at the delivery address unless:

The carrier determines the area is unsafe

The shipment value exceeds carrier thresholds

A signature is requested by the customer
Missed Deliveries:

UPS may leave a delivery notice
-
Redelivery or pickup can be arranged directly with UPS

Packages returned after multiple failed attempts may be sent back to us
Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Shaiglo Inc. is not responsible for:

Delays or losses due to incorrect addresses
-
Address correction fees charged by the carrier
-
Packages delivered to the address provided by the customer
3.8 Customs, Duties & Taxes (Canada–USA Shipments)
US-bound shipments may be subject to:

US customs clearance procedures

Import duties or taxes assessed by US Customs

Customs brokerage fees charged by UPS
These fees are not included in product or shipping prices and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Customs processing may cause delays beyond our control.
3.9 Undeliverable Packages
Packages returned due to:

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Refused delivery
-
Failure to collect after delivery attempts
Customers may choose to:

Pay for reshipping to a corrected address, or
-
Receive a refund minus original shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee
3.10 Lost or Damaged Shipments
Lost Packages:
If tracking shows “delivered” but the package is missing:

Check with neighbors or household members

Verify the delivery address

Contact UPS to initiate a claim

Notify us at info@shaiglo.ca for assistance
Damaged Packages:

Photograph the damaged packaging and product

Contact info@shaiglo.ca within 48 hours of delivery

We will review and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate
3.11 Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to:

P.O. Boxes (depending on UPS service)

Military APO/FPO addresses

International destinations outside Canada and the USA

Freight forwarders (at our discretion)
